Shipping Policies
Processing: Parts are manufactured after receipt of payment.
Shipment of orders range from 3 to 7 working days after receipt.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 5:00PM PST.
Closed Saturday and Sundays.
Domestic: Orders are shipped via USPS with different choices. Tracking numbers are available. Once delivered to the post office, you should receive your item(s) within 2-9 business days.
International: Orders are shipped via USPS with different choices. Due to problems with Customs in foreign countries, items can get held up or not allowed to enter at all, and sometimes are sent back to us. We then will try to ship your order again. If you have not received your order withint 5 weeks time we will reship.
You will receive a tracking number but pin-point tracking stops once the package leaves the US boarder.
We will not falsify customs forms or mark items as gifts. The only exception would be warranty replacements.
Please note: We do not carry an inventory of all our products. Some items will be made after order has been paid for.
Refund Policy
T-Bone Racing will accept returns up to 14 days from time of purchase. Item must be unopened and unused. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
Warranties
TBR Warranty is lifetime unlimited replacement for all nylon products. Delrin skids not included. Our warranty process is as follows:
1. Email a picture of your broken part with your name and address
2. Be specific about what make and model your car is and what the broken part is.
3. Our sales department will then process the paperwork for your replacement.
